**EMERSON ALMEIDA REMAINS PERFECT AND UNDEFEATED THIS SEASON IN THE 400 GOING INTO THE LEAGUE MEET NEXT WEDNESDAY!Senior day was a success as the Norton Lancers defeated Dover-Sherborn (5/12) with FIVE double winners on the day! Those included Kam Campbell (400 Hurdles, 110 High Hurdles), Brian Desmond (100M, High Jump), Emerson Almeida (400, 200), Gil O'Neil (800, Javelin), and Tim Johansmeyer (High Jump, Triple Jump).
The Lancers won the meet 106-30.
Other first place finishers on the day were:
Andrew Swiderski - 1 Mile
Kevin Rogers - 2 Mile
4x100 (Acker, Hayes, Jenkins, Coleman)
4x400 (O'Neil, Parker, Johansmeyer, Keegan Campbell)
Congrats on a great regular season guys! We ended with the best record we have ever had in the Tri-Valley League at 7-1-1 for second place. I am very proud of all of you and your accomplishments. Thanks for such a great last home meet!
The next meet is the TRI-VALLEY LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET next Wednesday (20th) at Westwood High School.
