Update for Girls Track

Although the girls dropped their last dual meet of the season to undefeated Hopkinton, there were many positives.
Courtney Williams was a double winner taking the long jump and the 100 meters. Her time in the 100m (12.5) was her 2nd best of the season. She still leads the TVL in the rankings.
Alison Lynch had a day to remember. Alison ran her best in the 400m hurdles taking 2nd against two of the top hurdlers in the TVL. She also pulled out a 1st place finish in the 100m hurdles. In doing so, her time of 16.8 set a new school record. Great job Alison!!!
Our shot put team finished 1, 2 in the meet. Briana Arcaro took a first place with a throw of 29' 5" followed by Shannon O'Rourke's toss of 28' 10". Another, "Great Job."
Another school record was broken by the 4X400 relay team with a time of 4:34.7.
The team was; Stacie Linfield, Krista Woodworth, Nikki Anderson, and Emma Ethier.

COACHES INVITATIONAL
Courtney Williams took 6th in the 100 meters.
Amanda Schleicher ran the race of her life in the 100 meter hurdles. She has now joined the elite group who have qualified for the State Div. Meet. Congrats Amanda!!!
Bekah Sargent tied for 8th place with a high jump of 4' 11".
The school record in the 4X400m relay set on Thursday didn't last long as it was broken again by the lady Lancers. The new time of 4:27.56 was set by; Nikki Anderson, Rebekah Sargent, Emma Ethier, and Stacie Linfield.
