As the season comes to a close, the Lady Lancers still held strong, placing fifth overall at the TVL Championship yesterday. Against the best in the league the Lancers rose to the occasion, there were several person records set and the team left with their head held high. Some standouts from the meet included Shannon O'Rourke who placed 3rd in the discus throwing a PR of 89'07", Amy Pereira placed second in the shot put throwing a PR of 32'10" and Stacie Linfield had a seson best time of 2:37.24 in the 800m qualifing her for the state meet in the event.
