Norton: At the very first twilight meet in at Norton's new track the Lady Lancers pulled off their third straight victory, making their record 4-3. Although the weather was at times miserable, the spirits of the Lady Lancers was high with hopes of taking down the clockers.The final score was 91-41. The meet was tight at first, with Ashland keeping the score on the track close. It was not until the field events began that the Lancers started to pull away. Overall Norton took eleven first place finishes, and nearly swept the field events. There were also two more state qualifiers today. Shannon O'Rourke qualified in the Discus, throwing 86'4". Ashley Pelletier was another state qualifier in the javelin, throwing 91'2". Overall it was a true team effort, something the lancers pride themselves upon.

Micayla Valeri: 3rd 100m hurdles
Alison Dufault: 4rd 200m
Jessica Greco: 1st 2 mile
Ashley Pelletier: 1st javelin
Amanda Sullivan: 3rd javelin
Brittany Byrnes: 2nd discus
Nicole LaCouture: 3rd discus
4x400m relay team of Emily Weber, Heather Walsh, Holly Beaucage and Ashley Pelletier placed 1st.
