Congrats to all the Norton track teams who both finished in the runner-up spot out of 74 total schools at the MIAA Division 4 Track and Field Championships. It was an incredible day for the Lancers as they also broke 8 school records on the day at the Norwell High School track. The school records broken on the day were as follows:
 The girls team celebrates their runner-up team placement at the D4 State Championships!  The boys team celebrates their runner-up team placement at the D4 State Championships!   All the medal winners from the Championships back home in Norton.   The Lancers look on as Joey Annand smashes the mile school record from 19 years ago with a 4:29.90!!  The team hardware.   Senior Captain and STATE CHAMPION in the Javelin - Alex Buchan!  4x800 Team of Chris Wrenn, Ian Pereira, Parker Cleathero, & Joey Annand places 5th Overall with a season best of 8:26.68!  Senior Captain Justin Ireland wins the 100 Meters and is the STATE CHAMPION!  Senior Captain Justin Ireland wins his second finals of the day in the 200 and is the STATE CHAMPION!  Brooke-Lynn Williams wins the 100 meter, breaks the school record, and is the STATE CHAMPION! She also tied the ALL-TIME MASSACHUSETTS RECORD with her time of 11.92!  Brooke-Lynn Williams wins the 200 meter, breaks the school record, and is the STATE CHAMPION!  Colin O'Leary places 7th Overall in the 400 hurdles scoring 2 points for the Lancers.
