Lady Lancers Have BIG DAY at the MSTCA State Coaches Meet: Williams Wins 100 and Posts Fastest Time in Massachusetts This Year, Bowman Breaks School Record in the 800!

On an incredible day at Sharon High School, the Norton girls had some GREAT performances at the MSTCA State Coaches Meet! 

Brooke-Lynn Williams was in usual form running the 100 today winning the prelims and coming back to take down 1st overall in the finals with a 12.10, the fastest time in the state this year! 

Bella Berardi placed in BOTH of her events and took home two medals in the long jump (3rd overall) with a leap of 16' 1" and the 200 (4th overall) with a 26.20! 

Kambrynn Bowman also brought home a medal for the Lancers with a 6th place finish and a NEW SCHOOL RECORD in the 800 (previously held by Katie Bradley from last year by less than a second) with a 2:21.04!! Congrats to you Kambo on  your accomplishment! 

Julia Palin got a new and  HUGE personal record in the 400 today with a 61.16, good enough for 10th place overall!

34th Overall - Hannah Dela - 100 Hurdles 17.81 
39th Overall - Lily Holloway - 100 Hurdles 17.93
55th Overall - Sarah Driscoll - 100 Hurdles 18.22 

The Lancers next compete at the Tri-Valley League Championship Meet this coming Wednesday at Bellingham High School at 3:00!
