Exercise!


Exercise not only keeps you in physical shape, it keeps you mentally sharp and gives you a great deal of energy. I know when I do not exercise I start to drag. I have been remiss in my own training lately because I have been so busy, but I just got back from a long run and my body is screaming thank you! Tell me how valuable you think exercise is and what it does for you!

I think exercise it really important! Not only is it good for you, but it also makes you feel great. I love it when we have a great soccer workout and then you go home and feel great! I did winter track for the past two years but this year I needed to take off the season for my grades. I definetly did not like not doing any form of exercise this season. (I mean I could have but its the whole motivation thing) I didn't even like how I felt not doing anything. Exercise is truly important for your health and how you feel. I will definetly be getting my butt out there for spring track. :)

It's great that you can at least blog for track. Good job getting started on that. I exercise and LOVE it.

I don't run unless someone scary is chasing me. I will also run after a ball. Other than that, a 30-45 minute walk with my dog helps me to sleep well.

I do have a certain advantage in that I control my physique through transcendental meditation. I can melt fat with my mind.
