Norton Boys Undefeated (3-0) as They Cruise Pass Westwood; Johansmeyer Undefeated on the Season Too!

Norton's Tim Johansmeyer, Still Undefeated On the Season


The Norton Boys Track and Field Team remains unfeated beating Westwood by a narrow margin (49-37) on Wednesday, December 23rd. Tim Johansmeyer is STILL undefeated in his three events (300, High Jump, & 4x400 Relay). The boys won in exciting fashion as it came down to a jumping duel between Westwood and Norton and Norton's Johansmeyer and Campbell came in first and second. Ben Donovan made states in the hurdles, while Keegan Campbell made states in the 1000.

The girls team kept is close, but it just wasn't enough as the Wolverines defeated them 48-38. First place finishers on the day included Courtney Williams (Hurdles), Kim Schubert (300), Emily Hastings (Shotput), and the 4x400 (Paige Almeida, Jill Allard, Caroline Allen, and Kim Schubert).
