Senior Captain Keegan Campbell wins the 1000, High Jump, and 4x400 (scoring 11.25 for the Lancers)The Norton boys got a huge win over D3 Westwood yesterday in Hopkinton. The score was 48-38. Senior Captain Keegan Campbell came out big, winning three events (High Jump, 1000, and 4x400). Closely following was Senior Captain Tim Johnasmeyer placing in two events (High Jump and 300). Senior Captain John Sicard also placed in two events (50 and 300). These places were very crucial for the Norton Win. 13 boy athletes scored for the Lancers in this big team win.
The Norton Girls lost to Westwood 68-18. Courtney Williams and Becca Sarget each placed in two events. They had a strong showing despite being outnumbered 91-14.
The next contest is Winterfest on Sunday (12/19) at 10:00 at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
