GIRLS ARE 3RD IN THE STATE WITH 2 INDIVIDUAL STATE CHAMPIONS!!!

The lady lancers had their best day ever at the division 4 state championship on Saturday coming in 3rd out of 87 teams!! All of the girls worked hard to score 60 points, the most ever scored by the girls at the state meet!

Freshmen Brooke-Lynn Williams and Bella Berardi are Div 4 State Champions!! They will be headed to All States next weekend. Brooke-Lynn placed first in the 100M dash with a time of 12.33 and Bella placed first in the long jump with a jump of 17'4.25". Bella's jump is also a new school record!

An amazing 5 girls qualified for All States next weekend by coming in top 4 in their events.
Brooke-Lynn Williams took 4th in the triple jump.
Kassidy Campbell - 2nd in 400 hurdles, 3rd in 100 hurdles and 4th in long jump.
Ashley Pelletier - 3rd in javelin.
Shannon O'Rourke- 4th in discus.

The 4x100 team of Alison Dufault, Amy Pereira, Kambrynn Bowman and Brooke-Lynn Williams added more points to the lancer score coming in 6th!

Other placements on the day were Amy Pereira placing 7th in shot put, Shannon O'Rourke placing 9th in shot put, Anya DiLorenzo placing 17th in the 800M and the 4x400 team of Danielle Whitman, Bella Berardi, Liz Dufault and Anya DiLorenzo placed 23rd.

All of the coaches could not be prouder of these girls. They have all worked so hard this season and it has truly paid off in a big way!! Congratulations you deserve it!!
