The girls competed at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston for the Winter Festival Meet. In almost ever event we had someone at the top of the leader board!
In the long jump, both Bella Berardi and Kassidy Campbell broke the school record for indoor coming in first and fourth respectively. Bella jumped 16' 9.5" and Kassidy jumped 16' 2". Both girls qualified for states in the process.

Another school record was broken in the mile. Katie Bradley beat her own record that she just set on Wednesday running a 5:15.55 mile and placing third overall!

Kassidy Campbell improved her state qualifying time in the hurdles placing second and Brooke-Lynn Williams followed suit placing first in the dash.

The day was finished on an incredible high note with our 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams. Our 4x200 team of Bella Berardi, Kassidy Campbell, Cece Browne and Brooke-Lynn Williams ran their hearts out coming in first with a time of 1:52.61! The 4x400 team made up entirely of freshmen and sophomores, Julia Palin, Kambrynn Bowman, Mary Diestel and Katie Bradley, gave us a great preview of what is to come at the meet on Jan 3rd. They came in 4th overall with a time of 4:25.78. Both relay teams qualified for states with these times.

All of the girls did a great job today and we are looking forward to the freshman-sophomore meet on Jan 3rd where we will see more of the young upcoming talent we have on our team.
