The Norton girls track team put up a good fight with their 24 girls versus Holliston's 55 in their opening loss 32-54.
Becca Sargent lead the Lancers with 9.25 varsity points winning the 300 and the 4x400, with a second in the high jump.
Emma Ethier won the hurdles and the relay scoring 6.25 varsity points for the team.
Kathy Remick was part of the winning relay and placed second in the 600.
In Kassidy Campbell's freshman debut, she placed 2nd overall in the 1000 meters!
Kylie Barrows was also a second place finisher in the shotput in her freshman debut!
Jessica Greco earned a second place in the two mile.
Alison Dufault helped the relay team win and also pulled a third place in the 300.
Erin Kennedy placed third in the dash.
The Lady Lancer's next meet is Wednesday, December 14th at 3:30 in Hopkinton versus MILLIS high school.
