Norton Boys beat Holliston 63-23 for only SECOND TIME IN HISTORY!!

Congrats to the Norton boys who defeated Holliston for only the second time in indoor track history. The boys won by a convincing 40 points. 15 athletes placed on the day and Norton won 7 out of 10 events.

Leading the varsity points off with 11 was John Plummer who won the 300, had two second places: the 45 dash and the high jump.

Following Plummer was Brian Gannon with 8 points winning the 45 Dash and coming in second in the 300.

Danny Lenihan was next winning the 600 and coming back in the 4x400 relay for a win.

Mason Rouillard won the 1000 and was also part of the winning 4x400.

Kevin Rogers was a multiple event scorer winning the mile and coming back to place third in the next event, the 600.

Max Marcotte overtook his teammate Billy Sullivan (2nd) with a lap to go in the two mile for 5 points there.

Brian Acker was a winner in the 4x400 as was Ryan Lapadula. Acker also placed 2nd in the 1000 meter right behind Mason Rouillard.

Other second place finishes included Ben Donovan (45 hurdles), Tyler Anderson (600), and Joey Hallgren (shotput).

Other third place finishers included Ramzi Bechara (45 hurdles), Brandon Durocher (1000), and Joe Colley (shotput).

Norton's next meet is Wednesday 12/14 at Hopkinton versus MILLIS.
