What an absolutely MONSTROUS day by FRESHMAN Paul Wisnaskas who was the single best athlete at the MSTCA Freshman-Sophomore Meet today! Paul's accolades on the day included: 




1st Overall - 400 Hurdles - 58.63 (FOR A NEW ALL-TIME MEET RECORD!! Previously held by Mike Colivas (2007) with a 59.24)

1st Overall - 110 Hurdles - 15.75

1st Overall - with teammates Thomas Bingel, Ethan Tetrault, & Gabe Dennett: 4x800 - 8:47.50

For these efforts, Paul Wisnaskas was named the OVERALL PERFORMER OF THE MEET in which he received a plaque for his efforts!
