So I watched this video in my class the other day about a Seattle Fish Company. The employees there seemed to have so much fun with their work and all they were doing was selling fish. You may have seen it; they toss the fish really high or fast and someone else catches it to put it in the box for the customers. The video's message could be applicable to all jobs. For teachers, the customers are his or her students. For students it could be anyone you work with or serve. Their philosophy and simple and highly successful.
~Choose Your Attitude (decide to bring more enthusiasm to work or home)
~Play (discover ways to have more fun and instill more energy at work or home)
~Be There (listen to people you are with and be there for them)
~Make Their Day (include people you are with in the energy and fun)
I know after I saw this video I felt different. We get so wrapped up in what we are doing (both students and teachers or both) that we forget to have fun! Learning is fun...it's all in how you view it and what you put into it! What do you all think?

Check out the book "Flow" by Mihaly Czhicstenmihaly (sp.?).
I think learning can be fun if the teachers and students make it that way. I don't think it's fun when teachers are always straight out of the book. I like when teachers do different things because it makes the class interesting. I think that a lot of people agree.
i agree with alaryce. school can be so dull and monotonous unless teachers do something new and out of the ordinary. i think if a teacher is fun and creative with teaching then i will actually enjoy the class. If not then its just another boring class that i'll probably not end up paying attention in.
