Norton Boys Beat Millis 78-8 on SENIOR DAY and Stay Undefeated with ONE meet to go!!

Congrats to the Norton boys track team on SENIOR DAY who beat Millis yesterday 78-8!  The boys now move to 8-0 on the season and have a chance at beating the Hopkinton Hillers for the first time in indoor track school history next Wednesday which would give them their first TVL championship in indoor track school history.

Seniors Recognized on Senior Day! 
The boys placed first in ALL 10 events.  Justin Ireland and Kevin O'Leary lead the way in points, each with 13, winning the 55 dash, 300, high jump and shot put.  Cam Stalters won the 55 hurdles, while Billy Sullivan won the mile and 4x400.  Mike Tierney won the 600 and 4x400, with relay team member Max Marcotte also winning the 1000 meter and missing the school record by less than a second! Freshman Joey Annand took the 2 mile.

Chris Wrenn - 2nd 1000, 4x400 **Qualified for States in the 1000!!
Adam Winiarz -2nd 300, 3rd 55 Dash **Qualified for States in the 300!!
Chris Alves - 2nd 2 Mile **First varsity points ever earned
Jordan Lach - 2nd 2 Mile
Camden Cleathero - 2nd High Jump **PR in high jump!
Andrew Raneri - 3rd High Jump, 3rd 300
Brandon Durocher - 3rd 55 Hurdles
Parker Cleathero - 3rd 600
Mike Travers - 3rd 2 Mile

Norton will next compete this weekend at the State Coaches Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Center Saturday/Sunday at 9:30 am!
