Brooke-Lynn Williams is the 55 Dash New England Champion & #2 in the USA!; High Jumper Camden Cleathero and 4x200 Places 4th Overall!

What a day it was for lady Lancer Brooke-Lynn Williams who not only sprinted her way to the top of the podium, becoming the New England Champion in the 55 dash, but also re-writing the record books for the second week in a row!  Brooke-Lynn shattered the meet record (previously held by Kate Hall of Lake Region Maine - 6.95) with a 6.87.  This time broke her record from last week, making that the fastest time ever run by a high school female in New England.  Brooke-Lynn, with this new school record, has the #2 time in the USA to date this season!  Congratulations Brooke!  We could not be more proud and what you have done for our program, the school, and this town! Brooke is heading to the indoor nationals in two weeks.

Congrats to Camden Cleathero who had a huge jump of 6 feet 3 inches in the high jump!  Camden placed 4th overall and will be heading to the indoor national meet in two weeks!

The Norton boys 4x200 was missing their normal anchor leg of Abu Ceesay at New Englands, however, that did not stop backup Justin Martins and the crew of Justin Ireland, Camden Cleathero, & Andrew Raneri from medaling!  The boys placed 4th overall with a very respectable time of 1:32.84!  The boys 4x200 are also heading to Nationals in 2 weeks.
