Senior Day in Norton Versus Medfield

On the senior day in Norton on Thursday, many PR's were had and there were many great performances. Unfortunately, both teams suffered a loss.  The boys were very close until the last two events but ended 58-78.  The girls lost 56-80. The boys were able to secure 9 first places (including both relays) to Medfield's 7 and still took a loss. Medfield was able to score some serious points in the few events they won going 8-1 or 9-0.

Seniors - WE LOVE YOU!!
Bella Berardi broke the 1 minute barrier for the first time this season in the 400 with a 59.9!  Julia Palin shattered her own personal record with a 2:22.8, good enough for second in the league! Meg Nichols was on fire on the day grabbing 10 points for the Lancers with her double win in her two throwing events.

Joey Annand had a season PR in the mile running a 4:43.7.  Griff McAlear did the same with a 62.8 in the 400 hurdles. Corey Stalters PR'ed in the javelin with a toss of 128' 4" and the 4x400 posted their fastest time of the season.
