The three opened up the meet with their strongest event: the 55m hurdles. Though it was Hamer-Moreno's first hurdle race, they combined for a total score of 1,974; the most the Lancers scored out of any individual event. Wisnaskas (8.07) won his heat to place seventh overall while Stalters (8.46) hit the second hurdle but still managed to finish 22nd overall. In his hurdles debut, Hamer-Moreno (9.97) cleared the hurdles will to squeeze under 10 seconds to finish 74th overall.
They then moved over to the long jump where, despite the three not competing in the long jump during the season, still showed strong potential for the outdoor season. Wisnaskas (5.74m - 18'-10") reached the furthest, finishing 20th in the event, while Stalters (5.55m - 18'-2.5") finished in 36th, despite faulting on his first two jumps, putting pressure on a clean clearance on his final leap. Hamer-Moreno (5.21m - 17'-1") rounded out the event by reaching his furthest on his last jump, finishing in the middle of the field at 66th place.
Moving over to the shot put pit, Stalters (10.15m - 33'-3.75") led the three, placing 31st overall on his second throw. Hamer-Moreno (9.29m - 30'-5.75") reached 55th overall in the event on his first throw. Wisnaskas (8.72m - 28'-7.5") suffered some fatigue in the shot, as it was his lowest scoring event on the day at 409 points. Across the board, the Lancers scored the least amount of points (1,218 points) in the shot put on the evening.
At the high jump pit, Stalters (1.57m - 5'-1.75") continued to impress, scissoring his first couple jumps before clearing his ultimate and penultimate heights. Stalters finished tied for 43rd in the high jump while Hamer-Moreno (1.37m - 4'-6") had a few costly misses that kept him from more attempts at higher heights. Wisnaskas (1.62m - 5'-3.75") reached 26th place to pace his teammates, but still left points on the board as it was well off his season's best.
The pentathlon concluded with 1,000m run, with heats forming on the fly. So athletes joined in once they complete their three field events. Hamer-Moreno took off in the fourth heat to start the race for the Lancers. While on pace through 700m, his legs locked up and he was forced to withdraw from the race. Despite not earning points in the final event, he completed his point total on the day at 1,573 points; finishing 104th out of the 111 competitors. Stalters (3:42.84) paced himself conservatively through the first 800m and turned it on over the last lap to finish 95th out of the fifth heat. Stalters (2,468 points) went on to finish in 40th place at the conclusion of the evening. And finally, Wisnaskas (2:50.84) of his section, placing second in the sixth heat but pacing himself to seventh overall in the event. In fact, after completing four events, his time was the fourth fastest run by a Norton runner this season.
Out of the whole field, Wisnaskas finished the day with 3,008 points; only 44 points short of Camden Cleathero's 2015-16 school record of 3,052 points. Nevertheless, Wisnaskas still earned a Top 10 finish, placing ninth overall in the event.
